weight loss and diet can't be separated.Both are interconnected, with a diet your weight will go down.weight loss without dieting is very difficult,that's what I've felt when trying to lose weight to my body into an ideal.

One thing to watch on diet,diet does not mean you don't eat at all.diet is eating in accordance with the required dose of nutrients.

Excessive dieting process will not help you,can actually cause you are exposed to anorexia nervosa.The main key in the process of weight loss is proper diet and balanced.One more thing that should not be overlooked is regular in the exercise, exercise is helpful in burning fat in your waist.

So from now on, do a healthy diet and do not be excessive.Remember, a good diet is a balanced diet is not excessive.
