11 tips to lose weight

For some people, obesity is a very important issue.In addition to having adverse effects on health, obesity is also quite disturbing your appearance.

Don't reduce the frequency of your meals because it can slow down your metabolism.Still eat 3x but with a reduced portion.

  • Most recent eat 4 hours before bedtime
Eat close to bedtime will cause the food did not get converted into energy,consequently the accumulation of fat around the waist will be many more.

  • Exercising regularly
With regular exercise is the key to losing fat, you can do swimming, treadmill or aerobic.

  • Practicing in the morning
The morning is a good time to exercise because your stomach is empty so the energy burning process will be drawn from the existing body fat.

  • Make a habit of walking
If you want to go to the supermarket which was quite close.Do it by walking,This little habit will be very useful if you have to do with routine.

  • Break enough
A good sleep is 6-8 hours / day.
